Overview
ChargeFlow is an AI-driven chargeback management platform built for merchants. It automates dispute resolution so businesses can recover lost revenue, cut down on manual work, and scale their operations with confidence.
Challenge
As chargeback volumes grow, merchants lose revenue and their teams get overwhelmed. We were tasked with designing a dashboard that could make a complex financial process feel simple: data-rich, intuitive, and clear enough for every type of user to navigate and act on.

Visual System & Brand Guidelines
We created a bold, high-trust visual system focused on clarity and confidence. Strong typographic hierarchy, a deep financial-grade color palette, and consistent UI components work together to signal reliability at every touchpoint, from the dashboard to marketing assets.

The dashboard gives merchants a real-time, holistic view of their chargeback activity. Every element is intentionally placed to reduce cognitive load, so users can quickly spot disputes, understand their status, and take action without friction.
